How can we make access to information easier for deaf people so they can grow personally?

2. Over-indebtedness
How can we prevent young people who have just started their first job from making bad financial decisions & getting into debt?

3. Seniors vs. youngsters
How can we help 20+ and 50+ people to share their know-how among each other?

There will be people from these target groups and/or experts from NGOs present on the spot on Friday
for deeper insight and group discussions around challenges.

  • Become familiar with the innovation process and the course for the next 3 days
  • Get to know your facilitators, mentors and each other
  • Form teams (if you haven’t already done so) around the themes which resonate with you the most
  • Get to know your target audience and talk to them about what their real issues are – hopefully some interesting and even unexpected problems will reveal themselves and give your projects an innovative edge

  • Deep brainstorming time for ideas on how to tackle the problem(s) your target audience is facing
  • Pick your favourite ideas and prototype them into something you can test – whether a mock-up of an app or a rehearsed scene of a new service offered at nursing homes
  • Do a first test round of your prototypes, gather feedback and revise and improve your ideas

  • Time to get serious – polish your revised prototypes to bring them as close to realization as possible after an intensive 3 days
